Detailed Cancellation Policy

Subject to the actual start date of the trip

1. 95% refund conditions

5% processing fee for cancellations made 30+ days before departure (due to unavoidable administrative costs).

2. 70% refund conditions

A 30% cancellation fee applies for cancellations made between 8 and 29 days before departure. This covers the extensive service hours already dedicated to crafting your personalized itinerary and any non-refundable deposits or fees charged by our local partners (e.g., guides, boutique hotels) on your behalf.

3. 50% refund conditions

50% penalty for cancellations within 7 days of departure (as advance bookings for hotels/transport/attractions are non-refundable).

If a discount is applied, the fee will be charged based on the price before the discount and will not exceed the amount you paid.Partial refund is not available.

Special situation handling

4. Force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, public health events, etc.):

We will fully assist in negotiating compensation plans with suppliers and give priority to protecting customer rights.

5. Special products/services (such as customized itineraries, niche experiences):

Independent policies may apply. Please confirm with customer service when booking.

6. Tips

Refund time limit: The processing cycle is 5 working days, and the refund will be returned to the payment account.

Time basis: 0:00 on the day the trip starts is the critical point, and 2 day(s) are calculated forward.

7. Flexible adjustment:

If the trip is cancelled due to the partner's reasons, Design CN Trip promises to take the initiative to assume the responsibility of full refund.
